Vincent was on time, very thorough and explained and pointed out each possible problem. He has a great eye for detail. I received the results the very next day. It is an easy to read report. The cost of the inspection is well worth it! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication.

Types of inspections we offer
Buyer Inspection: When buying a home it is very important to get a solid picture of the condition of the home to reduce any expensive fixes or surprises down the line. It's a small investment to ensure the proper safety and functioning of your potential home.
Seller Inspection (Pre-Listing): We offer current homeowners who are getting ready to list their home for sale a pre-listing inspection so that you are ahead of the game once you start getting interested buyers. You'll know before you put home on the market if there is anything that would be flagged during a buyer inspection. Being pro-active and fixing any issues ahead of time can reduce the likelihood of someone backing out of the contract to buy your home. They may even choose to not get their own inspection done if they see you have done it ahead of time.
New Construction: It is just as important to get an inspection on a newly constructed home to make sure that everything was done correctly. We can perform inspection after the completion of the home but also offer to do it in stages as the home is progressing (foundation, framing, plumbing, etc).
